The Inmate Telephone System is not owned or operated by the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office. Combined Public Communications (CPC), an outside vendor, is currently contracted to provide inmate telephone services.

ALL telephone calls are subject to monitoring and recording.

Phone time may be purchased in person using the Combined Public Communications (CPC) kiosk at the entrance of the jail. There are three ways to purchase phone time:

• In person at the Vanderburgh County Jail
• Go Online: www.InmateSales.com
• By Phone: 1-877-998-5678

Please be aware that there are two (2) types of phone time that may be purchased:

• Pin Debit – Inmate may call any number he/she likes with phone time
• Prepaid – Inmate may only call the phone number you have purchased talk-time for
