EXECUTIVE SESSION MEDIA NOTICE
Notice is hereby given of an Executive Session of the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Merit Board to be held on Tuesday, December 20th, 2022. The session will begin at 4:00 PM and will take place at Sheriff’s Office Headquarters, 3500 N. Harlan Ave, Evansville, Indiana, for the purpose of conducting initial interviews prospective deputy sheriff candidates and (pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5)), as part of the hiring process prescribed by IC 36-8-10-10(b).
REGULAR SESSION MEDIA NOTICE
In accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-5, the Public Notice of Meetings section of Indiana’s Open Door Law, notice is hereby given that the regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 20th, 2022 immediately following the Executive Session. The regular session will take place at the Sheriff’s Office, 3500 N. Harlan Ave, Evansville, IN for the purpose of conducting final interviews of selected candidates for deputy sheriff (pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5)), as part of the hiring and conditional offer process prescribed by IC 36-8-10-10(b). The Board will also establish regular meeting dates for the entirety of 2023.
