Annual Jail Reports

Pursuant to Indiana Code 36-2-13-12 and Indiana Administrative Code 210 IAC 3-1-2, the Sheriff is required to submit an annual report on the condition of the County Jail. This report must include recommended improvements for maintenance and operations, statistical data, available inmate services and programs, significant events, and any unfunded operational needs. The report is due by March 31 each year and is considered a public record, accessible to anyone upon request.
