The Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office apprehended a wanted sex offender on Saturday, March 14, 2015.   Mr. David Wayne Biggs was being sought on a felony warrant for Sex Offender Failure to Register with a Prior as a Level 5 Felony.

Mr. Biggs is required to register with the Sheriff’s Office every 90 days due to his status as a Sexually Violent Predator.
