The Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office Medical Section maintains medical records on inmates in our custody and care. Medical records are not public records and are subject to retrieval fees in accordance with 760 IAC 1-71-3. The Sheriff’s Office Medical Section charges a retrieval fee in the amount if $15.00, plus .25 cents for each additional page in excess of the first ten (10).
