The Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office has issued the following statement:
The Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office along with the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a deceased subject found in Pigeon Creek on April 27, 2025. The victim has been identified as Gary Brian Wilson of Evansville. An autopsy was completed on April 28, 2025. The cause of death has been ruled a drowning.
