There are a variety of reasons why a recent booking mugshot might be unavailable.
- The arrestee is not cooperative.
- The arrestee is too intoxicated to be imaged.
- The arrestee was booked, but then taken for medical care.
- A large number of arrestees are being processed.
- A technical issue is preventing the image from exporting to the website.
Sheriff’s Office policy regarding recent booking records is very strict. A booking record may only be removed from the website after several layers of internal approvals, and only for the following reasons:
- The booking was made in error.
- Display of the booking would imperil an active investigation.
The Sheriff’s Office WILL NEVER remove the image of an arrestee while allowing the name to remain posted unless the wrong mugshot image was being displayed.
