EXECUTIVE SESSION NOTICE
Notice is hereby given of an Executive Session of the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Merit Board to be held on Tuesday, October 11th, 2022. The session will begin at 4:00 PM and will take place at Sheriff’s Office Headquarters, 3500 N. Harlan Ave, Evansville, Indiana, for the purpose of conducting initial interviews for prospective deputy sheriff candidates as part of the hiring process prescribed by IC 36-8-10-10(b).
REGULAR SESSION MEDIA NOTICE
In accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-5, the Public Notice of Meetings section of Indiana’s Open Door Law, notice is hereby given that the regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 18th, 2022 is being rescheduled for Tuesday, October 11th, 2022 immediately following the Executive Session. The regular session will take place at the Sheriff’s Office, 3500 N. Harlan Ave, Evansville, IN for the purpose of extending the expiration date of the current merit deputy sheriff promotional lists, and conduct business regarding the bestowing of awards to three deputy sheriffs for distinguished service.
