Merit Board Executive Session Notice

Notice is hereby given of an Executive Session of the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Merit Board beginning at 4:30PM on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, in the Sheriff’s Headquarters Conference Room, 3500 N. Harlan Ave, Evansville, IN, for the purposes of:

1. Conducting final interviews of prospective candidates for deputy sheriff (pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5), as part of the hiring and conditional offer process prescribed by IC 36-8-10-10(b).
2. To discuss a performance evaluation of an individual employee and his standing on the sergeant promotional list, pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9).

A Regular Meeting of the Merit Board will be held at 5:30 PM follow the adjournment of the Executive Session.
