Major Matt Corn was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, and attended North High School. After high school, Major Corn graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a minor in Criminal Justice. He later received his Master’s Degree in Public Service Administration from the University of Evansville. Major Corn is the Executive Commander of the Operations Division.
