Vanderburgh County Jail Inmates Substance Abuse Program Graduation Ceremony

On Wednesday, May 25 at 1:30 p.m., four Vanderburgh County Jail Inmates were the first offenders to graduate the Q360 Substance Abuse program.  Sheriff’s Office staff, jail medical staff, and Reverend Steve Brown celebrated the accomplishments of the inaugural class.  The Q360 Substance Abuse Program consists of group and individual counseling, group and individual life skills, and case management. This program is offered to both male and female inmates at the Vanderburgh County Jail with the long term goal of reducing recidivism.

The Q360 Substance Abuse Program is another example of Sheriff Weddings continuing efforts to treat substance abuse problems and mental health issues.  His hope is to expand and enhance the program in the future.
