When Kasmer attempted to escape on foot, A deputy sheriff and his K9 partner, apprehended Kasmer after a short foot pursuit.
When deputies inventoried the vehicle, they located a bag of methamphetamine on the driver’s side floor board and a small baggie of methamphetamine outside the car where Kasmer fled.
