Deputies investigate stabbing
Deputies were called to the 2300 block of Westbrook Dr. in reference to a stabbing. Dispatch reported that a subject ran to his neighbors house reporting that he had been stabbed by his brother.
Sheriff Robinson Assigns Detective to Alcohol Tobacco Firearms (ATF) Task Force
Sheriff Noah Robinson announced today that the Vanderburgh County Council approved his request to fund a new detective position at the Sheriff’s Office. This will allow a detective to be assigned full-time to the local Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) Task Force.

The Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man on charges of Reckless Homicide after investigating a vehicle crash involving a pedestrian.
Fatality Crash in Northern Vanderburgh County
On 02-02-2023, at 610 PM, deputies responded to the area of 11650 Sawmill Drive for a medical assist. Upon arrival, the Scott Township Fire Department located a pedestrian that had been struck by a vehicle.
